A number of national or international organizations are active in various fields of the food and feed industry : production information,regulations in general or applied to products of interest to EFFCA.

Some are concerned by all food products, like FAO, Codex or European Union bodies. Others limit their interest to a class of manufactured products like CIAA and EDA. Others are organizations of producers of food additives, ingredients or processing aids.
